Pipe fittings are essential parts of the piping that help to change or signal the flow direction through unions. The various components are joined through coupling with both a union and an uneven union (reducing). In generally low-pressure bores where disassembly is more frequent, the unequal union is a better option to flange attachments. The ends of the unequal unions may be threaded or socket-welded. A female, nut, and male end are the three components that make it work properly. The connection of the male and female ends results in the necessary sealing.

To join pipes or connect hoses of various diameters, unequal fittings are frequently used worldwide. Uneven unions typically have superb finishing and are highly stiff. They are created with strong pressure and harsh circumstances in mind. To pipes of different sizes, both sides connect smoothly. For instance, S 1620x 1216 can be used on either side to connect the 1620 pipe and 1616 pipe, respectively.

Tensile, hardness, impact, and proof testing are all performed in addition to destructive testing. Along with liquid penetrant testing, positive material identification, ultrasonic testing, and radiography testing, nondestructive testing is carried out. We also run a hydro test on pipe unions per the client’s request. Our trained and experienced workers pack the product once it has passed all the checks.
