Inconel 617 Sheets, Plates & Coils

The high nickel and chromium content ensures exceptional resistance to reducing and oxidizing conditions. On the other hand, the aluminum component provides good oxidation resistance at high temperatures. At 1900 degrees Fahrenheit, Inconel 617 Sheets, Plates, and Coils are annealed. It also has the best bend ductility at room temperature. These may be easily made and heated to 2200 degrees Fahrenheit rather than cold formed at 1900 degrees.
Additionally, adding molybdenum and cobalt ensures that the solid solution will be strengthened. At several production phases, quality checks and inspections are conducted to ensure the product is error- and defect-free. These tests include radiography, hardness, mechanical, pitting resistance, flaring, and third-party inspection. Additional testing includes the PMI test, IGC test, flattening test, and numerous more tests.
